The hotel is obviously going through a management change. The new staff are doing their best, and there is a very articulate sense of welcome. All in all, not bad: centrally located, very friendly reception personnel, breakfast (10 euros extra) featuring local produce.

Entire staff were welcoming and helpful, my room was on the lower floor, well appointed and very clean, it was served by a lift. I found it very comfortable and noise level if any, didn’t interrupt my sleep. Room temperature was warm thoughout my stay… Coffee excellent,

The location was most convenient as Lille Flandres station is just across the road! It's also in easy reach of the old town (a 5 minute walk to the belfry) and next door to a good kebab takeaway. The reception and housekeeping staff are very polite and outstandingly welcoming and helpful. Thank you all!

Location is great, everything was within walking distance. It's value for the money hotel, rooms are clean but a bit run down. Bed was really confortable. Breakfast was ok, had options: 2 types of salami, 2 types of chees, hard-boiles eggs,several types of jam, cereals, juces, milk, coffee (not good- from the machine)

Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, with plenty of room to unpack etc. It was reached via narrow and winding corridors and stairs – no prob for us but check accessibility if this is an issue. Only a minute or two from Lille-Flandres station, handy for Lille-Europe, and a short walk from the historic centre. Entrance and reception are rather narrow and cramped, but it’s fine once you get inside. Nice staff too.

the location is perfect! it’s close to birth train stations in Lille so day trips to other cities in France are super convenient and quick. Also great location for sightseeing in Lille. Everything is close by and there is a lovely French bakery 3 min walk from the hotel. the staff were very friendly. Luggage storage is available and there is someone at reception 24hrs. Rooms were always clean and fresh towels everyday. Great value for money.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean. Moreover the breakfast is great for starting your day in Lille. And perfect location right next to the train station in the town centre.

Welcome from staff, this was my second visit to GREET, I was very pleased that They had allocated my room 12 that I occupied on my previous stay in April and that they remembered me.
